Michelle Perry
Michelle Perry is a senior technical assistance consultant in the Youth, Family, and Community Development program area at AIR. She currently serves as deputy project director for the Corrections and Community Engagement Technical Assistance Center, funded by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance. In this role, she oversees budget, staffing, timelines, subcontractors, and works with the project director on work plans for the project and client relations. She also currently serves as the task lead for the ADVANCE Integrated Education and Training project, Community lead for the LINCS Technical Assistance Center, and project manager for the National Reporting System for Adult Education, all projects under the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education.
Perry has over 20 years’ experience in training and technical assistance, and project management with a focus on virtual learning communities and integration of web-based learning tools for both K-12 and adult education. Previously, she served as the Community Engagement Lead for the National Science Foundation’s CS for All Teachers virtual community of practice.
